2. Adaptability Wins: Things don’t always go as planned and so we are reminded to stay flexible. The key is to adapt and pivot quickly when things don’t go as planned. Flexibility is our superpower, and we’ve learned to monitor performance and adjust on the fly.
3. Authenticity Matters: Early on, we tried following trends, some that actually didn’t align with a particular brand voice. We learned quickly that our best work happens when we stay authentic to the brand and its voice that we are working with.
4. Communication is Crucial: A formal communication process is necessary to avoid mismanaged expectations. We aim to continually improve our communication process, ensuring we’re on the same page with our clients every step of the way.
5. Failure = Growth: Most importantly, we now view failure as part of the process. Every digital marketing challenge has pushed us to find creative solutions, refine our strategies, and build resilience. Today, we’re stronger and more innovative than ever before.
